consider how the overall goals of each organization is different/similar. this might give you clues as to how they would staff their place non-profit: need to save as much $$ as possible; they might hire lower-wage people and train them on the job For-profit, also looking to save $$ but are selling a product that has to compete with other businesses so they might be more willing to pay better people to do the job Also: try to break down the project into smaller more reachable goals. it sounds like you are already overwhelmed, just by the idea and you haven't even started
