I think first of all you should read some books on how to start a business. Make a plan how you'll set up things and Analyse these things: Market Research, competition in ur area, registration of your firm, partners if any, location of the office, a website and the most important part is contracts from the corporates. Dont jump into any business without doing a proper market research. Calculate before hand that how much business is available in your area and how much competition you'll have to face.
